anand sahib doubt in meaning

Sangat jio

1.
Can you please discuss the following pankit in the last pauri of anand sahib :

sMq swjn Bey srsy pUry gur qy jwxI ]
sa(n)th saajan bheae sarasae poorae gur thae jaanee ||
The Saints and their friends are in ecstasy, knowing the Perfect Guru.

specifically "poorae gur thae jaanee " the meaning says "knowing the Perfect Guru"
but reading the pankti sounds more like "knowing from the Perfect Guru" because of the "thae"

2.
another pauri's pankti states:
siv sakath aap oupaae kai karathaa aapae hukam varathaaeae ||

Can you please explain what "siv sakath" means.

In order to understand this pankiti, we need to look at the previous pankiti as well:

ਦੂਖ ਰੋਗ ਸੰਤਾਪ ਉਤਰੇ ਸੁਣੀ ਸਚੀ ਬਾਣੀ ॥
ਸੰਤ ਸਾਜਨ ਭਏ ਸਰਸੇ ਪੂਰੇ ਗੁਰ ਤੇ ਜਾਣੀ ॥

These two pankitis are from the last pauri of Siri Anand Sahib and this pauri states the Mahatam (greatness) of this Baani - Siri Anand Sahib. Indeed Siri Guru Amardaas jee did a great parupkaar on us by bringing this baani from Sachkhand.

The meanings of these pankitis are as follows: Sorrows, diseases and pains have been removed by listening to this Sachee Baani (Eternally true Baani). The Sant-Saajans (Gurmukhs) are filled with Rass (spiritual pleasure) by listening to this baani and this Baani is known (Jaani jaandi hai) from the Perfect Guru.

You are correct in interpreting the last half pankiti as - "knowing from the Perfect Guru" because of the "thae"
