Amritpal Singh, a United Sikhs volunteer, can be seen raising the Sikh Flag in Haiti. Sikh Volunteers have been working actively in Haiti ever since the earthquake caused disaster in the country. United Sikhs was one of the first (if not THE first) organization to reach Haiti. Sikh volunteers have set up camps at multiple locations serving food to over a thousand every day.
